Our amazing admin team kicked things off by hosting our team leads on Monday to prepare and plan for what’s ahead. Then on Tuesday, our certified staff came together for a day of professional development, collaboration, and growth.

It’s already clear—this year is going to be something special. We’re building, learning, and getting ready to give our students the very best. Let’s go, Lansdowne! ✨📚

🎒Join us at the Tates Creek Community Center this Saturday, August 1st from 9:30am-11:30am. You must sign in and receive a wristband between that time.

Backpack distribution will begin at 11:30am. There will be many great vendors to visit and see with food, games, and music! We will also have a car show in the parking lot next to the center courtesy of Thoroughbred Cruisers of Kentucky. Looking forward to seeing some of you all then!📚✏️

Lansdowne Elementary is so incredibly proud to celebrate Resource Officer Jeremy Day! He walked 50 miles in over 19 hours, visiting 29 schools, with his final stop right here at Lansdowne at 11:20 PM! All this, to raise funds for new clothes and shoes for students. His dedication is truly inspiring. We're honored to have played a small part in his heroic journey! 👏

Resource Officer Jeremy Day crossed the finish line at Lansdowne Elementary last night at 11:20 p.m.! He walked 50 miles in 19+ hours, visiting 29 FCPS elementary schools along the way, all to raise funds to help students start the school year with confidence with new clothes and shoes. He is so close to reaching his $10,000 goal to help as many students as possible. Will you help him cross the fundraising finish line?
