Burning the midnight oil, not the coffee beans, with “Dorothy.” 😂 That’s what we affectionately named our coffee roaster years ago. She is cranking out some fresh roasted Black Train Espresso (French Roasted Blend of Brazilian/Colombian) some Brazilian, and Colombian tonight to make sure our weekly orders get filled. BLESSED!
