Each labor, whether it's your first or fourth, proceeds on it's own time and schedule. Watching the clock will only make it seem longer. Trust yourself, trust your baby, and trust your body to do what is needed in the time needed.

Did you know I offer a childbirth refresher class? The refresher class is a great option for experienced parents. It's perfect for brushing up on skills, such as comfort measures, adding to your over all childbirth knowledge, creating your unique birth preferences, as well as revisiting your previous birth(s) and discussing what you liked, didn't like and what your vision is for this birth.
