Soft smiles to mask the pain in my quads today 😮💨
My main goal is to get back into CrossFit and lifting and kinda go ham because…goals. I have had these aspirations for years to just turn into a beast. I love how it makes me feel.
I do have a goal of running everyday this month but my focus is more with my strength training. I can see some major lapses in this area and I’m hungry to gain it back. I’ll still be running as many days as possible but also when my legs are this sore running won’t be realistic.

Happy Friday! Day 3 of our 2 mile runs. I just keep asking myself if at any point this month if these runs will be like not killer? Whatevs. I’m here to find out 🔥.

Been feeling really confident lately. Not necessarily in my appearance but in my actions and in my determination to achieve.
I have always really enjoyed working out and pushing myself and I have always been strong but never able to reach my full potential. Lately this confidence has increased my assurance to grind.
As simple as it may sound, run 1 mile every day for 22 days, it has reintroduced my body to passion and drive in a way I know I can thrive. So close to a new month of growth ❤️👏🏼

Broke in my new Metcons today ❤️👏🏼 I officially joined a CrossFit gym and it feels so good to be back. It makes me happy and feels like home. That’s all that matters. It pushes me, brings out and welcomes my competitive side, and allows me to be a part of a community. You hear people bad mouth CrossFit, but you got to find what you like and trust your coaches. Just like anything in fitness, find your passion guys.
I will be finishing out my daily mile through the remainder of May! It has made a huge difference in my fitness level in just these quick 2 weeks.
