Ready to travel along with me on discovering who I am?

Who am I ? That question came up a few years ago. It all started over a gift that was given and once again I felt like no one knew me. Don’t get me wrong or think I’m ungrateful but everyone loves gifts and they are even better when it’s something you wanted. This caused a lot of talk and thinking. When I said no one seems a to know me and it was responded with well what do you want? What are your interest? Your goals? Who are you?
I could not answer that questions ? For them or for myself. I asked a friend if she could describe me she said I’ll get back to you. Well I was floored . I did receive something a few days later and it was wonderful but it took her time.
So I asked my self again and you know what I came up with? I was a wife , Jaime’s mom, Tim’s mom, Brits mom, James g-mom , Jaycees grandmom, Jules grandmom , carols friend , the fixer, the lady who runs the gala , the lady with the tree ….but non of this describes who I am, what I like or dislike. Who am I ? It has taken me years to figure this out and understand that if I could not answer the question how could my family or friends do this for me.
So I started my discovery : follows along and I’ll take you on my road of discovery.
