Leslie Pink Hawk Project The Pink Hawk Project raises money for local families going through the struggles that come along wi Cancer does not discriminate.

Each of us has been touched by this horrible disease in one way or another. The Pink Hawk Project brings together the Leslie community and honors our loved ones who've lost their battle, those fighting this beast, and those who have won and beat cancer. To date the Pink Hawk Project has raised more than $40k and assisted many families in the Leslie community. This has ranged from gas cards, groceries, and helping with mortgage payments. All proceeds from this event stay in our community!!! Applications for nominating families can be picked up in the High School office. We still have Pink Hawk shirts that will be for sale starting at 5 pm at the main entrance of the football field. It's not to late to support a great cause. This year's honor walk will begin at 6 pm at the high school football field. Can't wait to see you all there supporting the team and those who are battling.

If you still need to pick up your Pink Hawk shirt they will be on sale at the High School office this week during school hours. You can also come by the Garage Youth Ministry from 3 - 5:30 Tuesday thru Thursday of this week. We will have shirts available there also. Thanks for your support as we bless the families in our community fighting cancer.

The Pink Hawk football game will be September 11th. You can go online to order shirts. Online orders will be closed this Friday September 4th. You can buy and pick up shirts at the High School office from 7 - 3:30. We will also be selling shirts at the Middle School footbal game on September 2nd and the Varsity Football game on September 3rd. We are just a few days away from the deadline for player jerseys. They are $175 and you can place a name or encouraging phrase on the back. If you would like to sponsor a jersey as a group of friends or coworkers, that is totally great with us. We have 10 jerseys left that need to be sponsored. The Pink Hawk game is on September 11th this season. We are deciding between two shirts to promote and help our project. If you like the black shirt give us a thumbs up. If you like the pink shirt then give us a heart. We thought a "black out cancer" night might be cool. Vote and less us know what you think. There will not be a game next season as we move to every other season for scheduling purposes. Hit us up and let us know what you think.

The Pink Hawk Project was blessed to be able to help 2 families this week who are fighting the battle with cancer. Thanks to this community for supporting our gifts and helping each other. September 11th is the next Pink Hawk game.

The online store for Pink Hawk shirts is closed now. We do have shirts left to sell. Starting Tuesday, they are for sale at the high school during school hours. (Cash or check only.) We are trying to coordinate an evening shirt sale too.

Please join us this coming Friday, 9/5, at 6:00 at the football field for the Pink Hawk event. The event is held prior to the football game. Admission to the event/game is a Pink Hawk shirt or regular gate admission. šŸ©·
