I had the honor of leading a paint class for “Art in Motion” event last weekend—created for individuals living with Parkinson’s.

Each canvas was outlined with raised borders to support mobility, allowing everyone to move at their own pace and create something beautiful.

There’s something powerful about watching people reconnect with their creativity—without pressure, just presence.

Grateful to have been selected through the , and to the students who helped bring the day together.
