Next Defensive Handgun Fundamentals Class will be September 19th 8-5

Location: HWY 28 east, Leesville

I will not waste your time or your money, it is my goal to give you an introduction to the hands on skills you need to protect yourself and your loved ones as well as the information you need to do so in a safe, sane, moral and legal manner.

I provide a shaded range area with fans for the 2 hour range portion of the class. I will be doing the live fire portion of the course in the middle of the class instead of at the end to help mitigate the heat. The rest of the class is in a climate controlled classroom

I say this several times in my course, A firearm is not a magic talisman that keeps away danger it is just a tool, one that you actually need to be willing to use.

Before you make the decision to buy a firearm for self defense you need to have a serious conversation with yourself and ask

"Am I willing to kill someone in order to protect myself and my children"

If the answer is no then you need to consider other options, because if a motivated person calls your bluff as the individual in this incident did, you end up arming someone who is willing to kill you.

The second question you need to ask

"Am I willing to put the work in so that I'm able to effectively use this tool"

Firing a few rounds at the burn pile is not enough

If you have access to a good instructor it doesn't take as long or cost as much as you would think.
