Christina and I have been rocking since 3rd grade — through crushes, careers, babies, breakdowns and glow-ups. She’s my person, my safe place, my forever ride-or-die. You know all those crazy bestie videos on insta? That’s us. We break out and sing 80’s songs in the kitchen, knock each over laughing hysterically and ready to fight whomever we need too. ❤️u.

Peri-menopause picked a 9-year fight with me… but two years and 44 pounds later, I call it a come back. 💪🏾 💥

For my mid-50 sistas—you already know the other opponents: hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, joint pain, anxiety, fatigue, bone density loss, equilibrium instability…and about 11 more sidekicks I never asked for.

The journey isn’t over. And everyday I’m losing battles but the war on weight gain…. Winning. 🥇🤪
