Saturday the Clay Grinder team hosted the Pawcatuck Boy Scout troop and helped them earn their shotgun badges. The weather was wet and dreary but it didn't dampen the scouts enthusiasm!!! Their safety was impeccable and they all had a ball breaking clays! It was a pleasure working with these fine young men!!! 👏

Clay Grinder Hannah shot her first competitive 25 straight round yesterday in the Eastern CT S***t League and helped her team to a convincing win! 👏
It's great watching her compete and succeed, we're all very proud of her accomplishments!

What a great Clay Grinder weekend!!! 👏
We ran a fundraiser at a Ledyard Fair parking lot that exceeded all expectations! Thanks to all that helped pulling this off on short notice!
On Sunday, Ashley, Wyatt, Megan and Hannah competed in the Rivers Edge Sporting Clays Tournament at Addieville East Farm supporting the Ruffled Grouse Society. It was a beautiful day, the CG's shot great and all had a fun day!

Today's practice was very special! We had a sendoff shoot and celebration for John Butler who leaves for college in Montana this week. John is one of the original Clay Grinders when the team started 7 years ago. He's a great teammate, especially to the younger athletes and a very talented shooter! Good luck at college John and keep making us proud! 👏
