My FFA Chapter had a fantastic week at Tennessee FFA Leadership Training Camp!! Mt. Juliet FFA was named Outstanding Chapter of the week and Best Officer Team!! I had the privilege of serving on camp council as Treasurer! My team and I competed in quiz contest, we did flag lowering, and my officer team opened the 2nd session for week 4!! We also had some great talent at the Talent Show!!

My FFA Chapter is headed to FFA Camp at Camp Clements! We can’t wait for an amazing week!!

If you’re in the Nashville area, you may be familiar with CMA Fest starting today! Did you know, CMA member, Luke Bryan harvested and sold his own popcorn on his Tennessee Farm? Luke works on his farm suiting his Fendt tractor to create a limited edition snack called Boldly Grown Popcorn. Luke says when the popcorn supply sells out, he will donate $25,000 to the National FFA Organization. Growing up on a farm, Luke has much appreciation for the hard working farmers that work to provide for our country each and every day.

Happy National Dairy Day!!🐮

I am happy to announce that I am the 2023-2024 Mt. Juliet FFA President!!! I am excited for this upcoming year with the new officer team!!

I have the opportunity to serve as the Mt. Juliet High School Operation Christmas Child Committee Chairman. I partnered with 12 other organizations in our school building to put on Operation Christmas Child!! Operation Christmas Child is an organization that collects packed shoe boxes full of gifts, school supplies, and hygiene items that will be sent around the world to third world countries where children do not receive anything for Christmas. On November 15, 100 students came together to successfully pack 160 shoeboxes!! I am so thankful to be able to be apart of this amazing organization and I want to say thank you to all the different MJHS organizations and members who made this happen!!

Pigs are great communicators. They communicate with one another through distinct grunts and squeals. There have been more than 20 vocalizations identified through pig communication, each conveying different messages!
