I'm not going to tell you to meal prep for three weeks or overhaul your entire life.
That's not what control looks like right now.
Control is smaller than that. And it's more real.
Here's what you can actually control this week:
1. One morning you don't check your phone first thing. You sit up, you breathe, you notice you're still here.
2. One meal you eat sitting down. Not standing at the counter, not scrolling, just eating.
3. One boundary you hold. Even if it's just saying no to coffee with someone who makes you feel like you need to perform being fine.
4. One thing you write down. A fear, a hope, a weird symptom, a moment you felt like yourself. It doesn't have to be pretty.
5. One walk. Even if it's to the mailbox. Even if your body feels like it belongs to someone else.
6. One person you're honest with. Not the full story, maybe. But one true sentence.
7. One thing you do just because you used to like it. Not because it's healing or productive. Just because.
You don't have to do all of these.
You don't have to do any of these perfectly.
But picking one and doing it anyway is how you start to feel like yourself again.
Save these steps to guide your week. What's one thing you'll take control of today?
