It’s convocation day in the Lebanon R-3 School District! Hosted on the campus of Lebanon High School, Home of the Yellowjackets, welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! We are kicking this year off right!

The temporary LHS main entrance has reopened following parking lot construction this summer. The loop lane and new parking lot across Brice are open with more final touches to come. Stay tuned for more exciting updates at LHS!

We were notified that Brice Street (beginning at the Donnelly entrance) and Jacket Junction will be closed beginning this afternoon through Saturday. During this time, the roads will be closed to through traffic.

All students and families must enter and exit campus through the Highway 64 (Krudwig) entrance during this closure. Please use extra caution when driving and walking on campus.

We understand that changes like this can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience and flexibility as construction continues. We will continue to communicate updates as we receive them and do our best to keep everyone informed.

Thank you for your grace and patience as we work through these temporary disruptions and continue making improvements to our campus.

Yearbooks for the graduated senior class of 2026 will be available for pickup during the dates listed. All other grades will receive their yearbooks during Strong Day activities on the first day of school Tuesday, August 25th.

Jacket Junction closes tomorrow.

Our Public Works crews start work at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4 and wrap up by 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5 to install a new water main for Lebanon High School.

The road will be fully closed to through traffic — plan an alternate route during that window.

📢 Lebanon High School Reopens to the Public
LHS will reopen to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
⚠ Please Note: Our main office remains closed while the new parking lots are being completed. Until further notice, all visitors should report to the LTCC Office for assistance.
🚧 Please use caution while on campus. Construction is still in progress, and there will be equipment, crews, and increased activity throughout the area.

Congratulations to our very own Mrs. Bateman! She does a phenomenal job of advocating for our students, creating unique and relevant learning experiences, and representing LHS among southwest Missouri colleagues!

Also, congratulations to Dr. Schrage and Dr. Wilkerson on representing the Lebanon R-3 School District with their leadership and expertise!

We have such an amazing school district!

📣 LHS Band Camp Information!

It is almost time to officially begin our Fall 2026 season! Camps for drumline, color guard and new marchers begin next week with the full group coming in on Monday, August 3rd. We are so excited to see our students and begin working on bringing "Fire and Ice" to the field!
