WOW!!!

What a whirlwind of a week. Spending a week with like minded individuals has been amazing. Everyone at Gene Haas Foundation, Everyone who is part of HTEC, and all the new friends, I can’t thank you enough.
Calhoun Community College has an amazing shop.
I come back to PA with a notebook full of ideas.

I hope to see everyone again next year at Wichita State University.

Making Mark Terryberry’s keynote, meeting him in person, and getting a photo was just icing on the cake.

Thanks again to the Gene Haas Foundation and everyone at Philips Corporation for making it a great trip.

On Monday, Bill Gibson visited the Precision Machining students. We kick off our NASA HUNCH project when we return from Thanksgiving Break. Bill shared with us the future of space flight with the Moon to Mars program, and also left us know we are one of the only suppliers of a little bearing washer that is used in the handrail assemblies. Last year all our parts passed final inspection with 100% accuracy. I expect this year to be the same. I’m so thankful for HUNCH and their support to our machining program. .hunch

Come join us for our 2nd annual Community Trunk or Treat event next Wednesday, October 29th from 6-8 pm. Our students and staff can't wait to see your creative costumes and smiling faces! We will have Suzy Q's Coffee and Sugar Mama's Cotton Candy as well.

ONLY CTC STAFF AND STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIATE WITH VEHICLES! But we welcome community members to bring their little ones to participate in the treats! 🎃
