Summer Milkshake Class is back! If you've ever been to New York, you might have had a chance to sample Black Tap's amazing line up of milkshakes! Specifically, their famous Cookie Shake will be on tap this weekend. Your child will get a chance to build their own version of this fun milkshake with supplies and techniques learned in class.
Time slots:
Saturday, 10 am for ages 3 - 5
Saturday, 1 pm for ages 6-8
Sunday, 4 pm for ages 9 through Teen

MOMMY AND ME CREPES weekend! What is a crepe? It's a very thin delicate pancake that is rolled or folded and filled with a variety of sweet or savory fillings. Originally from France, you can now find this unique desert all over Europe, North America, and parts of Asia and Africa. But, did you know that you can also make this delicacy in your own home kitchen? No fancy equipment needed. RAINBOW MINI CAKES Sunday, March 28th.
Well, the Ice Storm cancelled all our Valentine Weekend mini cakes classes but what do you all think of making our mini cakes St. Patrick's Day style instead? Kids can still have a chance to whisk together some flour, eggs, sugar, and other staple ingredients to make a cake batter. They will then have an opportunity to transform regular cake batter and buttercream icing into tiny little St. Patrick's Day rainbow cakes.

Come decorate some cute cupcakes with us! We couldn't pass up Fall without a fun way to celebrate it! Four cupcake designs will be available this week for each child to work on during class. We will guide them through the designing and ex*****on process to create their own versions of these fun designs!

Progress so far! We know its been a long journey but how beautiful are these wood floors? Six cozy tables line the classroom and can accommodate up to 12 students each class. We are still waiting on a few necessities to arrive (knive sets, aprons, special safety gloves, etc) but while we wait, we can offer some special classes that don't require these things as early as next week! How would you like an ice cream shake series and a mother daughter French crapes class to start with?
