Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a FREE Program for soon to be parents and parents with children birth to age 5. Services include:
Home visits: Certified parent educators provide FREE monthly personalized visits to your home to share fun activities to do with your child, child development, parenting information and connections to community resources. Personalized visits are offered during the day and
evenings. Group Events: These programs allow parents and children to get together, share common concerns and gain new insights. Developmental screenings: During home visits and group screenings children are screened for hearing, vision, and other development. These screenings can help parents identify any potential concerns before it becomes an obstacle to the child's development. Fees: Parents as teachers programs and services are provided to families free of charge.
