We are proud to announce that Excel is hosting our annual Flower Power Invitational this weekend on March 20-21, 2021. Come out and support our team girls as they compete and show off their skills. Admissions for adults is $10 while children and seniors are $3. Children younger than 5 are free. We will also have concessions in the lobby for your convenience. We hope to see you there!

We are so excited for our GymStar gymnasts to showcase their routines. The GymStars will take the floor Friday, March 19th at 7 pm. If your child is competing, be there by 6:30 pm. The first parent is given free admission, but each additional person is $5. We hope to see you come support our up and coming gymnasts as they perform and have fun. See you there!

Happy Valentine's Day! To spread our Excel love to new gymnasts, we are offering FREE MEMBERSHIP until the end of February. Make sure to share with your family and friends to get them signed up for classes before the March 1st.

Come out to our annual Snowflake Classic this weekend January 23-24 to see our gymnasts compete. We will be hosting 5 sessions. There will be concessions available for purchase.

Gymstars is a recreational league where your gymnast will apply skills learned in class into routines. Then they will compete the routines in our annual Flower Power Invitational. This will allow them the opportunity to experience competitive gymnastics without having the commitment of a whole season.
Gymstars begins this Saturday January 9th. Practice will be one hour weekly up until the competition weekend of March 20-21.

For the Christmas season, we will be closed for regular practice. We encourage you to spend this time with your loved ones while still staying safe under the current conditions. The gym will reopen after the New Year on January 2nd for classes. If your gymnast is on team, parents please check your email for the holiday practice schedule.
