Teaching Mini People I taught 4th grade for 6 years in Georgia. I switched to 6th grade because I wanted to teach math all day! This is my second year in 6th.

Every day in math, my students receive a student sized anchor chart to glue in their notebooks!

I create a full size anchor chart at the board and then it gets hung on our math wall.

Following the mini lesson, we do Math360, which is the active engagement portion where students practice what we just did in the lesson.

Finally, we go into fluid groups and centers for further learning!

Even on your worst day, you’re still someone’s favorite teacher! After breaks, before breaks, on Mondays, you may not want to be there, you may be stressed but for some students, they wouldn’t rather be anywhere else! ❤️ You are there safe!
