Thursday, May 14th & Tuesday, May 15th (Block Schedule):
•6th & 7th Grade Language Arts & Mathematics
•8th Grade & Gear Up: All Content Areas (Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies)

Monday, May 18th & Tuesday, May 19th (Block Schedule):
•6th & 7th Grade: Science & Social Studies

Student will receive a zero in the grade book if they do not take their final exams.

Our Moore MS Boys Soccer season came to an end this weekend⚽

As disappointed as they may be, please be sure to congratulate them on a record-breaking season!

This group of student athletes had a regular season record of 4-1-1 and won the Eastern Division Title!

Be sure to also congratulate Coach Thomas as he poured into our student athletes all season!

Attention 8th Grade students, parents, and guardians...
Central Gwinnett HS will be hosting Freshman Orientation on July 22, 2026.

A session for rising 9th grade students will take place from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, and a parent information meeting will be held at 11:00 AM.

This will be a valuable opportunity for students to learn about high school academics, meet teachers, and tour the school.

The information was sent to parents and students via ParentSquare.

Please note that students (not parents) must be logged into their GCPS account to complete and submit the RSVP form.

Moore Middle School was well-represented at the District II Area Board Meeting on April 24th, where one of our students had the opportunity to meet the new Superintendent. Zoey did an excellent job representing our school and presented the Superintendent with a copy of her published book. 💛🖤💛

Wednesday, April 22nd marked the first-ever official Theatre Arts play at Moore Middle School, and what an incredible debut it was!

A huge kudos to Ms. Gray for her dedication, passion, and commitment to our students in bringing Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Your Teachers (But Were Too Afraid to Ask) to life. Her work with our students was evident in every scene.

As we continue to highlight the incredible work within our Fine Arts program, we encourage students, staff, families, and our Black Knight community to come out and support our students at the upcoming events:

Please congratulate our Soccer players for a successful season! Our girls and boys have put in a lot of work this season on the field and off the field, so please be sure to congratulate them for a great season!

Additionally, our Moore MS Boys Soccer team beat an undefeated Dacula MS team last week at Moore MS to take sole possession of first place of our division and to take the number 1 seed into the playoffs!!

Our division champs first playoff game is this Saturday, April 25th!
