Rockathon this year is going to be better than ever! Please donate to our philanthropy, so we can help those in need.
The money is going to the Hannah and Friends foundation, which helps improve the lifestyle for children and adults with special needs. KU AEPi is proud to announce that from November 13-15, we will be hosting our annual Rockathon philanthropy. Last year, our philanthropy was a huge success, as we raised over $4,000, and this year we are setting the bar even higher. Our chapter has a goal of raisin
g $6,000 for the Hannah and Friends Foundation. It is for a great cause, as many people are effected from someone they know or love that has special needs. Hannah and Friends was first founded when KU's football coach, Charlie Weis, learned that his daughter, Hannah, was diagnosed with pervasive development disorder, a form of autism. While the Hannah and Friends is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, KU AEPi wants to make sure that it is a memorable one. With your help and support we can make this one of the most successful philanthropies that our chapter has ever seen. If you wish to donate, checks can be made payable to "Hannah and Friends" and sent to the address:
1116 Indiana St. Lawrence, KS 66044
