Unified Dance Scene

Dear Dance Friends! I am back on my DanceMap campaign! I want to map all the dance scenes in the USA and beyond.

I have built a Google Forms setup and plan to publish a live map on Google Maps for all to see. I've already got some responses from NC -- how about we get it spread further!

I would implore you to share this post and help me gather data. I won't be making any money off this -- purely doing this to help folks find better dance resources.

Was poking around on the CDSS website and came across this 2013 "Callers Survey." Cool factoids about the Caller population across the globe. I think it said they had respondents from 22 countries! Some potentially-useful resources for folks wanting to get more country dancing in their areas.

Hello Everyone! I wanted to give those who follow this page a heads up -

I am changing the geographic regional intent of this page to match where I am these days: Lawrence, Kansas. I plan to continue to make attempts at bringing people together in dance, movement, and participation. I want to always try my best at being a part of the movement scene, and I feel all the more determined to do so now in the extended fallout post-Covid. If you would like to stick around, I would appreciate that, but know that I am changing the operation of this page a fair bit.
