Mina is a work at home mom who also owns The Zen Life (www.facebook.com/thezenlife). Jen is a kindergarten teacher who has been knitting since an early age and she used to be able to do the splits (only on the left side).

Spring Break Knitting 101 Class
Jennifer Wyatt Catlin and Mina Hashmi Bischmann created this class to teach basics knitting skills in a fun learning environment. Each student will learn how to cast on, knit, and bind off stitches. On the final day kids will leave with a completed project, a new set of knitting needles, and colorful yarn to keep practicing at home. We are hopeful they will
also leave with a newfound passion for the fiber arts.
Who: kids in grades 3rd - 5th
When: March 14, 15, 16, 17 (9:00-10:30)
Cost: 50.00

Hello Everyone! Don't forget that our first holiday ornament workshop is this Saturday the 23rd from 2-4! It's going to be a cold day so bring the kiddos in we'll take care of them and maybe teach them a bit about sewing and creativity. :)
