A year ago, the goal was simple: feel strong, confident, and look amazing on her wedding day

But we didn’t stop there

Because training was never about one day

It’s not a 4 week plan or 8 week challenge

It’s building strength for real life

For carrying babies
For long days, busy seasons, and everything in between
For a body that can keep up with life

That’s what training is really for

Not just the big moments
But everything that comes after

You don’t need more complicated workouts

You need compound movements that train multiple muscle groups and make your workouts effective and efficient for your busy schedule

The foundation should be
Squats
Deadlifts
Presses
(And even Olympic lift variations)

That’s where strength is built

My clients alway start with these as the base

Then we layer in accessories and short conditioning workouts to keep things challenging and fun

If your workouts feel random… this might be why you’re not seeing progress

Pregnancy doesn’t mean you have to stop training.

It means your training needs to adapt to your body, your energy levels, and your stage of pregnancy.

You can still:
- build strength
- support your changing body
- prepare for postpartum recovery

The key is knowing how to adjust safely and effectively.

That’s where most women feel unsure, and where coaching matters most.

That doesn’t mean you failed

Trained a lot this year and still made room for plenty of adventures outside the gym

This time of year is busy so it’s easy to put it off until January 1… but these 3 weeks actually make a big difference

You’ll have more energy and be in a better mood showing up to those holiday parties

You feel satiated from the protein and fiber so christmas cookies don’t control your whole personality and you can enjoy your favorites guilt free

You don’t need perfection

You just need consistency
- 2-3 strength workouts a week
- protein and fiber at each meal
- walks throughout the week

Do those few things and you’ll roll into the new year feeling strong not like you’re starting over

Summer vacation Vegas to Boston: many miles walked, lots of pastries consumed, very few workouts done, and plenty of family time
