We can’t wait for STEM Night tomorrow from 4:30-6:30 PM.

This event wouldn’t be possible without our amazing community partners. From hosting a station on-site to providing awesome raffle prizes to donating take-home activities, their support is invaluable!!

In one month, Mrs. Spool will host Paint Like Po***ck Art Night. Be on the lookout for more information and a sign-up, coming soon.

If you have any house paint you can part with, please consider donating it for the event!

Yesterday, Mrs. Hawley, Mrs. Mueller and Mrs. May went to Carson City to represent Goolsby and officially be recognized as a Governor Designated STEM school!

Goolsby is one of only six CCSD schools recognized this year. We are so grateful to our staff and community for helping us realize this incredible designation.

Join the PLT March meeting tomorrow - in person or virtually! Due to Reading Week activities, the meeting will take place in Portable 1. Any parent is welcome to attend.

“Who Are You Wednesday” was a blast!! So many of our favorite book characters were walking the hallways!

In preparation for STEM Night on Wednesday, March 12, students are encouraged to design a personalized mission patch that represents their unique interests.

Instructions:
1. What are your interests or ideal job? Use one or both of these to develop your patch.

2. Illustrate your spark on your mission patch.

3. Submit your mission patch to your teacher by Friday, March 7, to enter for a chance to win a prize awarded at morning ceremony!!

4. Join us for STEM Night on Wednesday, March 12, from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, for more STEM activities and additional prizes!

Kendall Gray, a basketball player and children’s book author, will host a special after-school event on February 19. The cost is $20 per student, and space is limited. Kendall will share his motivational story through fun and interactive activities. Students will also get to shoot some hoops and learn from a pro!
