❤️ 10 Signs You Have an Unhealthy Gut ❤️

✨1. You have frequent mood changes.
Gut changes and inflammation in the nervous system can cause anxiety and depression.

✨2. You have an upset stomach.
Frequent pain, bloating, heartburn, irregular digestion, etc can all be signs your gut is not absorbing nutrition or eliminating toxins.

✨3. You feel tired often and/or have trouble sleeping.
One study found that over half of people with chronic fatigue syndrome also had IBS. 90% of your seretonin is made in your gut, which affects your mood and your sleep. If you gut is inflamed your sleep will not be able to regulate.

✨4. You have short term memory issues/brain fog/ distracted easily/poor focus.
Poor gut health is directly linked to brain fog, forgetfulness, increases neurodivergent symptoms like ADHD, and linked to Alzheimer’s and dementia.
