In Las Vegas... DO NOT use the company Ideal Services (http://www.idealservices.com/) . We have received nothing but lies and empty promises since 12/22/11 (they have even lied to our insurance co which they are contracted with!). Six days without heat in winter...they don't care. I'm spreading the word regarding their lack of integrity and poor business practices! Spread the word...business should not be allowed to treat their customers the way we have been treated!
