Half of me wants to disappear to a little house by the ocean and read books. The other half would like to be on the cover of Forbes.

They meet every morning for coffee. 🤝☕️

5 days out from Rising Phoenix (my pro debut)! Bodyweight 163, coming in fuller than we did for USAs. Next few days will be spent depleting before we carb up

7 weeks out: 4-plate T-Bar row before winning WPD at USAs 🏆 vs. 1 week out from my pro debut at Phoenix Rising!

Having both an endurance athlete AND strength athlete background has helped me tremendously in bodybuilding because no matter how I feel, I’m going to give that session everything I have.

At the end of the day, I started all of this for one simple reason: I ❤️ LIFTING SOME WEIGHTS.

You know the drill… just like Ronnie Coleman said before every set:

LIGHTWEIGHT BABY! 🗣️💪

Full workouts + commentary are on YouTube! We’ve been documenting the entire journey. 🎥

I’ve noticed a few new subscribers/followers here lately, and I just want to say thank you so much for being here and for choosing to support me. ❤️

Your support genuinely means a lot. It allows me to dedicate more time to creating content, sharing training tips, answering questions, and hopefully giving you a little more value and insight into my world beyond what I share publicly.

I also manage all of my social media myself there’s no team behind the scenes answering for me so unfortunately, I don’t always see every message that comes through. One of the perks of being a subscriber is that your DMs are prioritized, so please never hesitate to reach out! I love being able to connect with you guys more personally here.

For general inquiries, coaching info, merch, and everything else, you can always find me at 🔗 BrittanyDiamondTraining

Seriously, thank you for being here and supporting what I do. It means more than you know. ❤️

Go up to someone who has your ideal physique and ask them a few questions:

❓ What are you eating tomorrow?
👉 I bet they can tell you what they’re having for every meal, down to the macros and approximately what time they’ll eat it.

❓ What does your training look like this week?
👉 I bet they already know: what days they’re training, their exercise selection, and what they’re hoping to hit weight-wise.

Why? Because success doesn’t just happen, there’s a plan.
plan.

👉On this day 13 years ago, I was 21 years old, fresh out of college, and had just landed my first “big girl” job in Boston. I had a little apartment outside the city, went to ANC Boston to buy my first giant meal-prep lunch bag, and started prepping every meal from the plan Matt Mills wrote for me while I started training strongman.

Funny how so much can change, yet somehow nothing changes.

My life hasn’t been completely rigid for 13 years. There have been illnesses, injuries, surgeries, missed training sessions, days I overate, and days I barely ate.

I’m not perfect, and you don’t have to be either.

This comes from having a plan and being consistent with it MOST of the time.

You know how it goes. Fall down 6 times get up 8. No amount of wishing will get you there.

So if you’re scrolling right now thinking, “That would be nice…”

Get to work. ❤️
