MALAMA DA ƊALIBI
A duk lokacin da ta jefa ƙafarta cikin aji, yaran da ke hargowa kan ɗauke wuta, su yi tsit kamar ruwa ya ci su! Ba komai suke tsoro ba irin banbamin faɗanta da kwakwazo, sai ka ce kaza mai sabuwar ƙyanƙyasa.
A cikin ajin nan babu yaron da Malama Tina ta fi kyara kamar Audu, saboda rashin ƙoƙarinsa. Ran nan da ta ba su aiki sai ya samu sifili. Ta kuwa hau shi da masifa har ta daddangware shi tana cewa, "ba ka da wani amfani." Tun daga ranar, Audu ya ɗauke ƙafarsa daga makarantar.
Bayan wasu shekaru Malama ta yi ritaya, aka fid da ita daga gidan makaranta, ta tattara 'yan komatsanta ta koma tsohon gidanta. Ruwan farko na damina ya tabbatar mata da gidan nan na buƙatar kwaskwarima. Ta nemo masu gyara. Injiniya ya zagaya gidan nan ko'ina, ya ce mata, "Madam, wannan gida ai ya cika lalacewa, abin da na ga ya fi shi ne, a rushe shi a sake sabo, a yadda yake yanzu, ba shi da wani amfani."
Malama ta yi jugum tana tunani, ina ta ga kuɗin gina sabon gida? Da Injiniya ya ga ta shiga damuwa, sai ya matsa kusa gare ta yana murmushi ya ce, "kada ki damu, gidanki zai gyaru ko ba a rushe shi ba. Zan kuma gyara miki shi kyauta. Kin gane ni?"
Ta dube shi, ta kasa gane shi.
Ya ce, "Ni ne ɗalibinki Audu." Da ta sake duban shi, sai ta gane shi. Ya ci gaba da cewa, "kamar yadda kalamaina s**a sare miki gwiwa yanzu, haka kalaman da kika taɓa furtawa gare ni s**a so su yi tasiri a kaina. Iyayena s**a ƙarfafa mini gwiwa da kalamai masu daɗi, na ci gaba da karatu a wata makarantar, ga shi yanzu na zama babban injiniya. Da a ce na biye wa kalamanki, da wataƙila yanzu ina daji rataye da bindiga."
Malamai da iyaye, a riƙa gaya wa yara kalamai masu ƙarfafa gwiwa. Yara manyan gobe!

Five Ways to Handle Noise in the Classroom
When you teach a full class, particularly of students under thirteen, a lot of your job as a teacher is simply crowd control. The quicker and more effectively you control and calm the class, the more time you will have to do what you actually signed up to do – teach. Here are the ways to control noise in your class:
1. Control Noise From The Get-Go.
A lot of times kids enter the classroom already wired from the fun they were having with their friends in between periods or break time. Make it very clear that the classroom is a place to learn; all goofing off should take place elsewhere. Take 15 minutes during one class period to teach your kids the “correct” way to enter the classroom in a calm manner. Once you have set this standard, don’t get lax on it otherwise the kids won’t take any of your rules seriously.
2. Signal Your Students to Get Quiet.
Reacting to noise with noise rarely works, so don’t shout in order to get your loud students to quiet down. Make a signal so that your students become aware of the fact that the classroom has become too loud, and they need to quiet down. You can use a pre-determined sound to alert your kids the noise is too loud. Train your kids so that when they hear the sound they put one finger on their lip to make the “shh” sign. After a few seconds, all of your students should have their finger on their lips and should be sitting quietly.
3. Take Away Privileges.
Let your students know that every behavior has a consequence. Let the class know that if they keep being loud you will take away break time, game time, story hour, or whatever other activity they really enjoy. If only one or two individuals are acting out, keep them for five minutes after class. Your students will learn that if they don’t do what is expected of them, there will be a consequence and this will be enough to motivate your class to be quiet.
