His interest in Home Watch is the result of living in the tumultuous region of Vermont for almost ten years and meeting with and listening to Woodstock’s secondary homeowners who grow concerned about leaving their properties for weeks or months.

Michael has completed the NHWA Home Watch Boot Camp, marking a significant milestone in his professional Home Watch journey. He started his Home Watch business after noting the potential of this industry in his area. and realizing the growing need for trustworthy and reliable oversight of homes owned by part-time and seasonal residents.

The NHWA Virtual Home Watch Boot Camp is an in-depth program that covers essential training on industry best practices, inspection procedures, and reporting standards, providing professionals with the tools to operate responsibly, reduce the risk of property damage, and promote energy efficiency.

After spending 30+ years in the restaurant industry, I met my beautiful wife, and together we came up with the idea of a Home Watch business. The Mesquite, Nevada area is growing rapidly, and we observed that it is a popular location for snowbirds, part-time residents, and golfers. Matthew and Rae saw the opportunity and are anxious to get their company started with the right tools and procedures. Matthew is excited to have received the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional.

I’m honored to introduce Marla Bommarito-Crouch and Michael Crouch, they have earned the important Certified Home Watch Professional designation. They are the founders of White Palms LLC, serving the Naples, FL area.

Michael and Marla have owned and sold multiple large companies. Michael’s business was mostly in international aviation with complex GPS systems. Marla owned Bommarito Group, an award- winning interior architecture, interior design, and space planning firm for large, complex projects from hospitals, hotels, offices, hospitality, etc.
