Hey Classmates! What keeps you active and engaged in life?

I stay active by playing pickleball 5-6 days a week. I challenge my skills by playing with and against younger players. I also compete in the 60+ age group in Women’s and Mixed Doubles and get paid to referee at tournaments. Refereeing keeps my knowledge of rules and how to apply them “on point.”

50th Class Reunion in 2021!

We should do something special.

Anyone interested? When, where? Thoughts, ideas, suggestions?

We celebrated her life by reconnecting as classmates and forever friends. With Diana Tagle-Guerrero, Dottie Collins, Yolanda Aguirre, Pinkie Levine -Ned, Sarah Brown-Smith, Larry Gentry, Ronnie McCrimmon.

It's with a heavy heart that I share of the death of a longtime friend and our classmate, Robert Thomas. He passed on to his heavenly reward on Thursday, October 13, 2016.

Robert served in the US Air Force, was a father to one biological daughter, my niece, Taleesha Thomas and stepfather to several other children. He retired as a firefighter for the City of Odessa, and owned a lawn care business in Odessa at the time of death. He was a friend to many and helped those in need without expecting anything in return.

I will miss our phone conversations, his wide smile, and mostly his belly-laugh. Rest in peace, my friend.
