🎄 Holly Berry Holiday Wine Spritz
A bright, festive wine cocktail with winter spice and holiday cheer.
Ingredients:
4 oz dry sparkling wine (Prosecco or Cava)
2 oz cranberry juice (unsweetened preferred)
1 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
½ oz fresh orange juice
Splash of simple syrup (optional, to taste)
Fresh cranberries
Rosemary sprig (garnish)
Ice
Instructions:
Fill a large wine glass with ice.
Add cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and orange juice.
Top gently with sparkling wine.
Stir lightly to combine.
Garnish with fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig.

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Sangria (Thanksgiving Wine Cocktail)
ngredients:

1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
½ cup apple cider
¼ cup pumpkin spice syrup (or pumpkin puree + cinnamon syrup blend)
2 oz spiced rum or brandy
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 orange, sliced into rounds
Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
Star anise (optional, for garnish)
Ice
Instructions:
In a large pitcher, combine the wine, apple cider, pumpkin spice syrup, and spiced rum.
Stir well until fully blended.
Add apple and orange slices.
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let the flavors infuse.
Serve over ice in a wine glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
Optional Rim:
Dip the rim of the glass in:
Maple syrup
Then dip into a mix of brown sugar + cinnamon
