I am so blessed to be teaching two CRS classes for the Texas Association. Amazing people in Texas had the opportunity last year and back again. Went and looked at my room one of the nicest place I have ever taught. Thank to all those that help

In the book GRIT author Angelia Duckworth has a test. In the times we live in with all the distractions take a few minutes to take the test it will help you realize how much focus you have. The secret to anything is focus and the weird thing is what ever you focus on expands be it good or bad.

The real estate business is different because experience helps you practice better only if you can make it thru your first 5 years. Knowledge allows you to reduce experience by learning what to do, expect and create to succeed. The huge issue is you gain experience and create knowledge but you stop the study of real estate you lose out on a life time of learning. In my 40+ years I try to be a constant learner.

In 2020 I hope to share some ideals that may help your practice and by that make you more money.

I appreciate how after a period of time of practicing real estate that you get into routines. Systems lead to your success routines sometimes are not the best, good systems allow you to had your practice off to others.

I have been teaching and asking agents and brokers to add the code of ethics to the company website and the agents website it separates us. The code is the answer to so many concerns that brokers and agents have with dealing with the market and all the disruption we see. Interesting it’s over a 100 years old and still very relevant.
