Happy International Women Day! I had to post before the day was done.
In honor of all the women who have mentored me through this thing called life. I am a unicorn in Cannab!s because all of my mentors and bosses have been women. I am so blessed to learn from these amazing women who inspire me everyday.
I have to start with the first woman in my life, the woman whose va**na I came out of. My mother, my birthday twin, my angel on earth. I would not be here today without your sacrifice. Your prayers got me through the most difficult time in my life. When I was self medicating on s*x and co***ne for ten years after losing daddy and Alicia. Then your unwavering support after my diagnosis. The list of gratitude is too long to mention them all.
Being here for you as you recover from Total knee replacement surgery for the second year in a row is the least I can do. My mom is not on social media, so she will never see this post. So this is for who is reading this post. Call that woman that has made a difference in your life and tell them you love and appreciate them for no reason, not today but everyday.
I know everyone does not have their mom with them in the physical realm anymore, but as your ancestor she is still with you. If you can not pick up the phone and call her, spend time with her in the spiritual realm. She is you and you are her.
Goal: put my mom on payroll within a year. I will refer to this post next year on March 8th.
