light will always irritate the darkness..shine anyway..be healed then heal

So many people...but a relationships can be therapeutic if you are open and ready for healing and self evaluation...it's hard though because many get distracted in relationships trying to fix the mirror instead of the man in the mirror..

Not if I want a better life ..my old responses were defense responses based on my state of survival mode...products of unhealed trauma...but with healing comes the desire not just to survive but to live.

All relationships are mirrors ...understanding is the pathway to grace and mercy for self and others. 💖

Don't be afraid to release the wounds and be renewed and restored.

It's not just how you are...it's how your trauma taught you to be...you can be set free.
