Tuesday: Be Aware of Vulnerable Places

Scripture: Proverbs 7:6-9

Key Lesson: The young man wasn't just tempted; he put himself in a position where temptation could find him. Wisdom teaches us to recognize situations that weaken our resolve.

Ask Yourself:

What environments or situations make me spiritually vulnerable?
Are there boundaries I need to strengthen?

Affirm: I walk wisely and avoid places that pull me away from God.

Pray: Lord, give me discernment to recognize dangerous situations before they become destructive. Help me choose wisdom over curiosity. Amen.

Remember to Read Proverbs 7 to follow along.

(Late Post)

Monday: Hide God's Word in Your Heart

Scripture: Proverbs 7:1-5

Key Lesson: Solomon starts by telling us to treasure God's commands and keep them close. God's Word isn't meant to sit on a shelf; it's meant to guide our daily decisions.

Ask Yourself:

Am I spending time with God's Word consistently?

What voices influence me more than God?

Affirm: I treasure God's wisdom and allow His Word to guide my choices.

Pray: Father, help me hide Your Word in my heart so I can recognize truth and avoid deception. Let Your wisdom become a part of who I am. Amen.

Happy Sunday, Bloom Fam 🌸

Let's check in.

After everything we've talked about this week regarding avoidant relationships, mixed signals, and choosing yourself...

I want you to sit with these questions:

✨ Where in my life am I accepting confusion instead of clarity?

✨ What relationship, situation, or pattern am I being called to look at honestly?

✨ What would choosing my peace look like this week?

Bloom Fam, healing isn't always about letting go of a person.

Sometimes it's letting go of the hope that someone will become who they've repeatedly shown you they're not ready to be.

That's a hard truth.

But it's also where freedom begins.

As we step into a new week, I want you to remember this:

You are worthy of consistency.
You are worthy of communication.
You are worthy of a love that doesn't require you to question your value.

Check in below:

What's one thing you're choosing for yourself this week? 🌿

Bloom Fam 🌸 Happy Thursday

Today’s lesson from Ephesians chapter 2 is about peace and reconciliation.

Paul teaches that God breaks down walls that divide people..walls of hurt, anger, pride, fear, and separation.

And honestly, some of us have built emotional walls so high because of pain that we struggle to trust, love, or let people in anymore.

But healing is not becoming cold. Healing is learning discernment while still keeping your heart connected to God.

📖 Scripture: “For he is our peace…”
Ephesians 2:14

Today’s encouragement: God does not want us living in constant bitterness, chaos, or emotional warfare.

Peace is not weakness. Peace is spiritual maturity.

Sometimes protecting your peace means:

forgiving without reconnecting

letting go without revenge

healing without becoming hard-hearted

trusting God to handle what hurt you

You deserve peace internally, not just externally.

✨ Affirm: I release bitterness and allow God’s peace to heal my heart and mind.

🙏 Pray: God, remove every wall inside of us that was built from pain, disappointment, and fear. Teach us healthy peace, healthy boundaries, and emotional healing. Help us forgive what we cannot change and trust You with the rest. Let peace lead us instead of pain. Amen.

Happy Wednesday, Bloom Fam 🌸

Healing will have you realizing that peace feels better than being chosen by the wrong people.

There was a time when you may have tolerated inconsistency just to keep a connection.
Ignored red flags just to avoid being alone.
Overextended yourself just to feel loved.

But growth changes you.

Now you start asking:
✨ Does this feel safe?
✨ Does this feel healthy?
✨ Does this bring me peace?

Bloom Fam, not every connection is worth the cost of your mental and emotional well-being.

The right people won’t require you to lose yourself to keep them.

Choose peace this season.

That’s real healing. 🌸

Bloom Fam 🌸 Happy Wednesday

Today’s lesson from Ephesians chapter 2 is this:

You are not worthless just because you’re still healing.

Paul reminds us that we are God’s workmanship meaning God intentionally created us and is still working on us daily.

Some of y’all have spent too much time allowing pain, rejection, trauma, mistakes, or disappointment to define your identity.

But your past is not your final identity. Your struggles are not your final identity. And your wounds are not your final identity.

God still sees value in you even while you are rebuilding.

📖 Scripture: “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works…” — Ephesians 2:10

Today’s encouragement: Stop speaking about yourself like God gave up on you. He’s still molding you. Still healing you. Still preparing you.

A masterpiece is not created overnight. And healing does not mean you were never valuable before.

You are still becoming.

✨ Affirm: I am valuable, loved, and still being shaped by God for purpose.

🙏 Pray: God, heal the places inside of us that make us feel unworthy or forgotten. Help us see ourselves the way You see us — with love, purpose, and compassion. Remind us that we are still growing and that our lives still carry meaning. Amen.

Bloom Fam 🌸

One of the biggest signs of healing is when you stop trying to force what no longer flows naturally.

You stop begging for communication.
You stop chasing people who are pulling away.
You stop exhausting yourself trying to “fix” connections that keep hurting you.

And instead…

You start choosing peace.
You start allowing people to reveal who they are.
You start trusting that what’s meant for you won’t require you to abandon yourself to keep it.

Bloom Fam, not everything that leaves your life is a loss.

Some things are being removed so you can finally heal, grow, and align with better.

Trust the shift. 🌸

Bloom Fam 🌸 Happy Tuesday

Today we continue in Ephesians chapter 2, and today’s lesson is about grace over performance.

A lot of people are exhausted because they think they have to earn love, earn acceptance, earn rest, or earn God’s approval.

But God’s grace does not work like human validation.

You don’t have to constantly prove your worth to God. You don’t have to perform perfectly for Him to care about you.

📖 Scripture: “For by grace are ye saved through faith… not of works, lest any man should boast.” — Ephesians 2:8-9

Today’s encouragement: Stop carrying the pressure of trying to be perfect all the time. Growth matters. Obedience matters. Healing matters.

But God is not asking you to destroy yourself trying to “earn” His love.

Grace means: God still chooses you while you are learning.

Some of us need to stop being harder on ourselves than God is.

✨ Affirm: I release the pressure to be perfect and receive God’s grace fully.

🙏 Pray: God, help us stop living under pressure, shame, and self-condemnation. Remind us that Your love is not based on perfection but on grace. Teach us to grow with humility while still giving ourselves compassion during the process. Amen.

Monday — Grace Found Me

Bloom Fam 🌸

This week we’re learning from Ephesians chapter 2 — a chapter about grace, healing, identity, and becoming a new person through God.

Today’s focus: God loved you before you got everything together.

A lot of people think they have to become perfect before coming to God. But Ephesians 2 reminds us that God met us in the middle of our brokenness, not after it.

Some of us were surviving emotionally, mentally, and spiritually exhausted… and God still covered us with mercy.

📖 Scripture: “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us…” — Ephesians 2:4

Today’s encouragement: God did not wait for you to become flawless to love you. He loved you while you were healing. While you were confused. While you were rebuilding. While you were learning.

His grace found you anyway.

✨ Affirm: I am loved by God even while I am growing and healing.

🙏 Pray: God, thank You for loving us with mercy and compassion even in our weakest moments. Help us stop condemning ourselves for our past and remind us that Your grace still covers us. Teach us to receive Your love fully and walk confidently in healing. Amen.

Happy Monday, Bloom Fam 🌸

New week. New energy. New opportunities to choose yourself differently.

3 things to leave behind this week:

1️⃣ Overexplaining yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you.

2️⃣ Chasing clarity from inconsistent people.

3️⃣ Shrinking yourself just to keep connections.

Healing will have you moving with more intention this season.

Less reacting.
Less forcing.
Less abandoning yourself for acceptance.

Bloom Fam, this week is about alignment.

Choosing peace over chaos.
Choosing honesty over comfort.
Choosing yourself without guilt.

Walk into this week knowing you no longer have to settle for what disturbs your spirit.

Keep blooming. 🌸
