Finally, This has been a very in depth process and a lot to process. Ready to start practicing some of my newly acquired skills. Let me know if you are interested in volunteering for some change work.

Any habitual pattern of thinking is called a belief. These beliefs are usually developed in childhood and in essence they the mental tools you have to define you. in other words you are what you think. Non-rational stressful beliefs are what stop us from doing what we really want to do, going for the gold, reaching for the stars, falling in love, losing weight, starting our own business, making a million dollars.
