✨Our unique approach to cooking eliminates all the junk that has become so mainstream in society and focuses on real, whole, un/minimally processed ingredients, and we are 100% plant-based to boot!!🌱

You won’t find another program quite like ours as we cook and bake our way through classic favorites, cuisines of the world and some new ideas that might just be a little outside the box😋

We are moving into new commercial spaces!!

New culinary address:

6235 S. Pecos Rd Unit 105
Las Vegas, NV 89120
(Inside of Slice Shared Commissary)

New sewing/fashion address:

2550 S. Rainbow Blvd E27
Las Vegas, NV 89146
(Inside of Bloom Academy)

This change is very bittersweet—it is long overdue to be getting back to a commercial setting, so we are super excited about that, and at the same time, we know our move (especially for culinary) is going to be a challenge for many of our families to be able to continue. We absolutely hate to lose our awesome students and will miss those who will no longer be able to participate!!!!😭😭😭
We also know there have been some families in Henderson awaiting our return so we will look forward to welcoming you back and meeting new families that previously couldn’t make the Summerlin side of town work.

We hope to continue to serve as many families in our community as possible and look forward to getting back to all the fun SOON!!!!!

Come join the fun!!!

Our last culinary workshop of the season: Banana Berry Trifle!

This fun layered dessert combined our pastry week with a world cuisine week and it was so fun to see the variety of creations!

A base layer of strawberry-banana-orange cake followed by vanilla pastry cream, berry coulis, fresh fruit and coconut whipped cream in all different colors + flavors (done naturally and deliciously with freeze dried fruits), garnished with toasted almonds and coconut. What a fun, beautiful and tasty summer presentation!!
