It all started with a handful of people who believed in something they hadn’t built yet.

We spent the first year learning as much about each other as we did about FRC, which was the part that stuck to every single one of us.

There were more failures than wins. But nobody left.

Instead, we just got better at turning losses into motivation to keep going!

And little by little, the Impact started paying off…

…then it paid off by winning our first regional…

…and this year, we got to hold both an Engineering Inspiration award and a Winner trophy in our hands from the same regional.

(Not to mention winning in Arizona and being finalist in Utah!)

7 years, 7 photos, 1 team.

Happy 7426 day to all who celebrate! 🎉🎲

Pair of Dice had the opportunity to present robotics to a group of students!

Two of our members introduced our team and FIRST to a local recreational center, shared what VEX Robotics is all about, showed some of our competition matches, and demonstrated a VEX robot picking up an item and navigating obstacles.

We wrapped up with a Q&A and loved seeing everyone’s curiosity and excitement about robotics! 🎲

Huge shoutout to our incredible sponsors, SNICC & , for stepping up and helping save our team after being stranded in Houston due to the Spirit Airlines situation 😔✈️

Because of their support, our team made it safely back home to Vegas. We truly can’t thank them enough for having our backs when we needed it most ❤️ 🎲

Happy Birthday to our incredible coach, Mrs. Miller! 🎲🎉

She has poured her heart and soul into FIRST and into every single one of us. She has a special gift for motivating each student to keep going, no matter how tough things get. When we feel like giving up, she has always been the reason we don’t.

She has guided our Impact Team, Business/Outreach, and Strategy Team. Because of her, POD earned their very first blue banner (Impact Award) in 2024, followed by 3 more. The banners are amazing, but even without them or the awards, you can still see how much of an impact she’s left on all of our students.

We are so lucky to have her. Happy Birthday, Mrs. Miller! ❤️
