Today is the big day! 🎉 Last week we had such a ball at our voting block party! We celebrated early voters with money cannons, , the delicious vegan food truck, cotton candy, churros and so many other fun treats! Special shout out to for such a great time! Thank you to everyone who voted and made their voice heard, it truly does make a difference! 🗳️

Join us tomorrow for Ghoulish Guidance: Unmasking Harm Reduction! Learn about the importance of harm reduction in our community and how it saves lives! Participants will be trained on administering Narcan (Naloxone) during an opioid overdose. All attendees will receive their own harm reduction supplies and free lunch! On Tuesday, October 29th Drag Out The Vote is hosting a Party at the Polls event in Las Vegas at Gipsy (4605 Paradise Rd Las Vegas, NV 89169) in celebration of Vote Early Day. It will be hosted by RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16 star and Drag Out The Vote National Drag Ambassador, the fabulous Plasma. There will be free food, music, dancing, and great drag performances. There will also be free transportation to an early voting location nearby so that attendees can Sashay to the Polls and then return to enjoy the celebration.

For our first Alternative Breaks trip of semester!! This three (3) day, two (2) night trip will be traveling to Kanab, Utah to focus on Animal Rights and Welfare! While in Utah, we will be working with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

This trip leaves Friday, October 25th and will return to campus on Sunday, October 27th.

Our next Take What You Need event is tomorrow! You can find us in the Student Diversity Programs Lounge (SU 135) from 10AM - 1PM. We will have food items, hygiene, linens, cleaning items, school supplies, and more! Bring your Rebel ID to enter, and don't forget a bag for your items!
