As you know, change is constant and everything has a beginning and an end. 2014 marked the closing of the chapter known as PSI World Giving Day and 2015 marks the beginning of a new chapter we are calling PSI World Make A Difference Day. Make A Difference Day is focused on making the biggest impact possible by providing children in need with basics that many take for granted. Our goal this year is

Announcing 2017 Las Vegas Make A Difference Day
This is the 21st year that Las Vegas PSI grads have come together to make a difference in the local community. First as Giving Day and now as Make A Difference Day. It began with a helping a few families and grew each year until in 2007, with the demand being greater than ever, we adopted our first elementary school and have continued to work with the neediest of elementary schools in the area.
2017 Make A Difference Day is focused on making the largest impact possible by providing selected local Clark County School District children with necessities that many of us take for granted.
Las Vegas 2017 Make A Difference Day recipients are the students of Ira J Earl Elementary School.
There are 800 deserving students attending pre-k through 5th grade and 100% of the students participate in the government-subsidized free-lunch program. Our goal is to raise $30,000 for 2017 Make A Difference Day.
This year, your contribution will provide the students with a need and a want. We will be providing a warm hoodie and of course, every child deserves a special toy and the goal is to give each of them a new scooter.
We hope we can count on your support to make 2017 PSI World Make A Difference Day a success!
We are looking for volunteers on Tuesday, December 19th from 5 pm – 9:30 pm to organize everything and on Wednesday, December 20th from 9:30 am – 2 pm to distribute the items to the students. We will be providing the school with your names in advance for security reasons.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE our happy Elves!! Today they measured the 850 Fey Herron Elementary students for hoodies that will be delivered along with new shoes and socks in January. 2017 is going to start off with a bang for the children!!

We are ready to make Las Vegas 2014 the best day ever for the children of William Ferron Elementary! Changing the world, one child at a time
600 bags of food are bagged, one for each child to take home
600 pairs of shoes and socks
600 hoodies are sorted ready to keep the children warm during the winter months
600 toys are ready to be played with by the children

Santa's Elves have packed the sleigh with food for all 600 children of Ferron Elementary to take home with them on their holiday break. Most of these children rely on the food program at school to fill their bellies every day. This food will ensure that the children come back after the Holiday break nourished and ready to learn!
