📉 **Employee Engagement Hits a Decade Low: What Does This Mean for Our Workforce?**

In 2024, employee engagement in the U.S. fell to just **31%**, marking its lowest level since 2014. This decline, equating to **3.2 million fewer enthusiastic employees**, highlights a concerning trend of detachment, especially among workers under 35. 🥺

Key findings from Gallup's recent research reveal that many employees no longer feel clear on their roles, cared for, or encouraged in their development. With only **46%** of employees clearly understanding what’s expected of them, and only **30%** feeling supported in their growth, there’s a pressing need for change.

My name is Mike Bruley

I am a husband and father of two biological boys and a daughter who is our extra blessing. During my off time when not taking care of the family I like to travel. Most of my travels are to the ocean and I’ve enjoyed many places like Cancun, Cabo, Hawaii, Carlsbad, CA and most recently Fort Lauderdale.

I have worked Corporate America in the Medical Field educating physicians about laboratory testing for better patient care. I have coached for over fours taking my clients and friends to the next levels in their life.
