To all the teachers who got through (perhaps scathed) the hardest year of teaching that you may have to go through, YOU DID IT!
We are forever inspired by the persistence in making sure that students were not left behind, even if it meant that your social, mental and emotional health took a hit (this part we don’t like though! 😢)
Thank you for all that you’ve done, but we’re also sorry that it took the toll that it did. Teachers are exhausted, underpaid, hardly appreciated enough and have sacrificed more than most for their students. We see you, we hear you and we’re here to help change that.
By the next school year, we hope that is used by all to help reduce teacher burnout and promote collaborative teaching and independent learning.
We hope you have a well deserved, restful break. Let US do the work in the meantime 💪🏾👊🏾
