🌱 WE’RE HIRING: FOOD PRODUCTION LEAD — LAS VEGAS
702Greens is hiring a dependable, hands-on Food Production Lead for our indoor microgreens farm.
• $4,000–$5,000/month after onboarding
• Performance-based upside
• Consistent early-morning schedule
• Approximately 35 hours/week during training, progressing toward 40
• Clear path to greater responsibility
Farming experience is not required—we’ll teach you our system. You should have at least two years of consistent experience in a commercial kitchen, food-production operation, farm or produce operation, manufacturing facility, packaging line, or another demanding production environment.
The work includes seeding, watering, harvesting, packing, cleaning, sanitation, inventory, and keeping production on schedule. You must be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive physical work, and able to arrive for early shifts, including 6:00 AM when scheduled.

702Greens busca una persona responsable y práctica para liderar la producción en nuestra granja interior de microgreens.
• $4,000–$5,000 al mes después de completar la capacitación
• Bonos adicionales según el desempeño
• Horario estable por la mañana
• Aproximadamente 35 horas por semana durante la capacitación, con avance hacia 40 horas
• Oportunidad clara de asumir más responsabilidad
No necesita experiencia en agricultura; le enseñaremos nuestro sistema. Debe tener por lo menos dos años de experiencia constante en una cocina comercial, producción de alimentos, agricultura o manejo de productos agrícolas, manufactura, empaque u otro ambiente de producción exigente.
El trabajo incluye sembrar, regar, cosechar, empacar, limpiar, desinfectar, controlar inventario y mantener la producción a tiempo. Buscamos a alguien puntual, detallista, cómodo con el trabajo físico repetitivo y disponible para comenzar temprano, incluso a las 6:00 a. m. cuando sea necesario.
