Simple model. ⚖️ Last time there was too much supply just sitting with no demand, no people willing to buy!
Fast forward to 2022…. We have too much DEMAND and not enough SUPPLY (inventory)!! 🏡🏡
Great time to purchase! The Market is stabilizing and not as much competition as the previous months!
Because demand is still there, experts expect the houses to keep going up another 10% by the end of the year.

Sometimes it doesn’t matter who came through the door first… as-long you are in the building.
Buying a home is not only a great achievement, but also a great investment! 💰💵
You can leverage your equity to build greater wealth down the line to open up a business 🏗or even buying a rental property!! 🏠🏡

How is this housing market right now?? 🏡🏠 Did the houses go down?? Are we waiting for a bubble to pop??
The facts are that each house right now has over 100k or more in equity 💰💰!! If you bought it atleast a year prior. Inventory is less than a month right now! 📉📉When we had a housing bubble pop last time around ‘08, we had 7-9 months worth of inventory just sitting there! Banks 🏦 today check finances way more today to make sure you qualify for the loan before they lend you money!! 💵💵 Demand is still there because people keep wanting ti buy!!
Moral of the story is market is still strong 💪🏻! If you keep waiting…. prices will keep going up and also interest rates too!! 📈📈💹 The house you could afford today maybe out of your reach tomorrow!!
