Too loyal.

Because loyalty is supposed to come with boundaries.

But since no one ever showed us what boundaries were, most of us have been operating without them.

Loving, helping, giving, fixing, loyally staying in situations we — all because we’re living without the one thing we need most.

Our boundaries.

Boundaries show us how to love in a way that doesn’t require us to abandon ourselves in the process.

Boundaries teach us how to ask questions about where our energy is going — and why.

And boundaries help us lovingly steward this amazing gift of human life, the years ahead opening up with possibility as our boundaries show us how to step into the drivers seat of our future.
