A huge part of mental toughness is a clear understanding of personal capabilities. By consistently stressing the body we reach Goals and Fail often.
Either way we learn and grow. Understanding how our body responds to stress is how we uncover our capabilities. Pressure over time is the process, (Progressive Overload). Now just add Tournament Competition and that is the beginning of what is a System. Commitment to a System is the path. Focusing on personal Goals over System makes for long term failure. So how do we make sure our Focus is on the correct process so our System maximizes our results???
