Devon Fite is the Founder and Executive Director of Future Innovators Academy and the Southeast New Mexico Regional Director for the STEM Innovation Network.

Based in Hobbs, Devon is a community leader and youth advocate dedicated to expanding access to hands-on STEM, literacy, outdoor education, career exploration and enrichment opportunities for youth and families throughout Lea County. His work is rooted in the belief that where a young person lives, or the resources available to their family, should not determine the opportunities they have to learn, grow, and succeed.

Through his leadership with Future Innovators Academy and Lea County SAGE, Devon connects families with education, workforce opportunities, community resources and support. As Southeast Regional Director, he works alongside educators, higher education, community organizations and industry partners to strengthen STEM learning and career pathways across southeastern New Mexico.
