Dear Parents,
Are you raising a child who is high in trait Neuroticism?

These kiddos are highly sensitive to negative emotions. They are hardwired for threat awareness. They feel the emotional temperature of the room before anyone says a word.

Children high in Neuroticism are often cautious, reflective, and alert to stress, uncertainty, and emotional tone. They may worry, seek reassurance, notice tension quickly, or become overwhelmed when life feels unpredictable.

Their sensitivity can be a gift, yet feeling emotionally safe is challenging.

These children are not “too emotional.” They are often highly responsive to their internal and external environment. Their nervous system may need more support, more preparation, and more co-regulation before they feel secure.

As parents of a highly neurotic child, your role is not to shame their emotions. It is to help them understand, name, and regulate them.

High Neuroticism children need:
• Calm reassurance.
• Predictable routines.
• Gentle preparation for change.
• Help naming feelings.
• Confidence-building support without shame.

When their sensitivity is understood, these children can become empathetic, thoughtful, emotionally aware, and deeply resilient.

Parenting Personalities aims to remind parents that sensitivity is not weakness, it's a signal that needs guidance.

Dear Parents,
Are you raising a child who is high in trait Agreeableness?

These kiddos are hardwired for deep caring, compassion, and cooperation.

A child high in Agreeableness is often warm, kind, helpful, and sensitive to the emotions of others. They tend to open up and share easily, seek to comfort friends, avoid conflict, and want everyone to feel included.

They are the embodiment of kindness, yet self-protection is challenging as they struggle to say no, to set boundaries, and to put their needs ahead of others.

High Agreeableness children take criticism deeply, and what looks like being easy going can sometimes hide the fact that they are carrying too much emotionally.

As parents of children high in trait Agreeableness, your role is to protect their kindness without allowing them to disappear inside it.

High Agreeableness children need:
• Safe, loving connection.
• Encouragement to use their voice.
• Support building boundaries.
• Guidance handling conflict.
• Space to be kind without losing self-respect.

When their heart is guided with wisdom, they can grow into compassionate, trustworthy, emotionally intelligent people who care for others without abandoning themselves.

Parenting Personalities aims to teach parents of high Agreeableness children that kindness is best served with healthy boundaries.

Dear Parents,
Are you raising a Conscientiousness child?

A child high in Conscientiousness is often responsible, organized, dependable, goal-oriented, and motivated to do things well. They may care deeply about rules, routines, assignments, expectations, and doing things “the right way.”

These children enjoy being reliable, yet are susceptible to self-imposed pressure. They are prone to strive for perfection and can be very hard on themselves when they miss their goals or fail to achieve their plans.

They are born hardwired to create order from chaos. Change in structure, routines, and carelessness frustrate them. What looks like “controlling” behaviors may actually be their nervous system trying to create order.

As parents of a child that's high in Conscientiousness, your role is to help them value excellence without becoming trapped by perfection.

High Conscientiousness children need:
• Clear expectations.
• Consistent routines.
• Praise for effort, not just performance.
• Reassurance when mistakes happen.
• Balance between achievement and rest.

When their responsibility is guided with grace, they can grow into disciplined, trustworthy, capable, and self-directed individuals.

Parenting Personalities aims to teach parents of high Conscientiousness children to remember: a tesponsible child still needs permission to be a child.

Dear Parents,
Do you have a highly extroverted child?

Parenting a high child high in Extroversion means guiding their energy, not suppressing it.

These kiddos process life out loud. They are energetic, expressive, and socially motivated. They bring energy into every room they enter.

Yet, self-regulation, impulsive behaviors, and quite time present immense challenges to these little warrior archetypes.

What looks like “too much energy” may actually be their natural way of engaging the world; however, this often gets them labeled as having some sort of disorder.

As parents, our role is not to dim their light. It is to help them direct it.

High Extroversion children need:
~ Positive social connection.
~ Healthy outlets for energy.
~ Encouragement with boundaries.
~ Practice with listening.
~ Time to recharge without shame.

When their energy is guided and understood, they can become confident communicators, encouragers, leaders, performers, and connectors.

Parenting Personalities aim to remind parents Extroversion is not the problem, their undirected energy is.

The more you "try" the worse it gets.

I used to be a try guy. I'm trying to get better, I'm trying to do more, I'm trying to heal. This philosophy only made things worse. It didn't make my relationships better. I didn't lose weight when I "tried" but what it did do was give me a false sense of accomplishment, it made me feel like I was doing something.

Tony Robbins helped me realize, "try" doesn't exist. Well, him and Yoda, of course: "There is no try. Only do, or do not." Yet, the philosophy of "try" is very much a part of most people's lives.

The philosophy of "try" keeps us trapped, living small, and over time becomes the reasoning we use to explain why we're not living a more meaningful life.

Many of my clients have expressed this philosophy, yet here's the exciting news! Just like them, just like me, you can shift from I "try" to I "do" in a few simple steps.

If you're ready to rid yourself of "try" now is the time for Greatest Factor Coaching. Comment below "DO" or message me to schedule a free coaching call and let's begin your journey to removing "try."

For Life to Change, We Must Change Our Philosophy

There is an old saying: For life to change, we have to change.

It is simple. It is wise. It is true.Yet, it is also incomplete.

Because when people hear, “You have to change,” many interpret it as, “Something is wrong with me.” They hear, “I need to become a completely different person.” They hear, “I am not enough as I am.” And once change becomes attached to shame, people resist it. Not because they do not want a better life, but because they do not want to reject themselves in order to get one.
This is where we need a deeper, more accurate understanding of change.

For life to change, we do have to change. But we do not have to change our entire being. We do not have to erase our personality, abandon our story, deny our pain, or become someone else. What has to change is our personal philosophy: the internal operating system through which we interpret life, make decisions, respond to pain, define ourselves, relate to others, and pursue our potential.

A person does not suffer unnecessarily because they are bad, broken, weak, or lacking worth. Undue suffering often comes from trying to live today’s life through a poorly designed, outdated, or unadaptable philosophy.

That distinction matters.

If you're ready to change your personal philosophy and as a result end your undue suffering, take three first step and reach out for a free coaching call.
