August 23, 2026—The Marshall County School District will be closed Monday, August 24, 2026 due to impacts from the recent storms. It is never an easy decision to close school, but given the large number of families and staff members without power, we feel it is the best option. School will resume Tuesday, August 25, 2026 and schools will work with the families of those who remain affected by power outages.

Mrs. Adams and Ms. Tunstall's class had an amazing week! Each student had to apply for their classroom job, perform their job throughout the week, and on Friday, they had to decide if they wanted to save their classroom paycheck money in their classroom bank account, or spend it on a prize. From using Minecraft blocks to tell size difference (bigger/smaller, taller/shorter), reading books, and measuring things around the classroom, to learning about cleaning, using a broom, dusting, how to set a formal table setting, and ending the week with playing speech and language games, we think it is safe to say that their students had fun and learned a ton. Great job, Mrs. Adams, Ms. Tunstall, and students!

Make plans to come out tonight to Meet the Cardinals and our Football Jamboree!
Our Pride of Potts Camp Marching Band will start the evening off at 5:45 pm with the playing of the National Anthem and more. Announcement of teams and and players are to follow, and then finally, the jamboree games.

Admission: $10.00 (you must pay for Meet the Cardinals)
Clear Bag Policy
All children 12 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
