Last week, we had a blast welcoming our future tigers into the JSU family as well as seeing some returning Tigers. We fellowshipped, played games and just had an overall good times. We’re super appreciative of the students who showed up.

The 2026 SWAC Championship is on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2026. It will feature the divisional champions from the East and the West. The title game will air at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN2.

Our 50th Anniversary Scholarship Fundraiser, “From 1976 to Forever: A Golden Legacy Built on Tiger Excellence,” was truly a night to remember. From the fellowship and laughter to the celebration of our chapter’s legacy, the energy in the room was nothing short of amazing.

Because of the generosity of our alumni, supporters, sponsors, donors, and friends, we are proud to share that we raised $20,000 — doubling our initial fundraising goal! This milestone represents more than a number; it represents our shared commitment to supporting students, strengthening our chapter, and continuing the legacy of Jackson State University in the Greater Washington, DC area.
